Mr. Adewale Adebiyi is a 1988 graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management of the University of Lagos. He also holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance (1991) from the University of Ilorin.
Adewale joined Inlaks Computers in February 1991 as a Sales Executive, and held various positions of Account Manager, Head Special Projects, and finally Sales Manager overseeing the Oil/Gas and Public sectors. He left Inlaks Computers in 1997 for a brief stint at Manifold Computers as AGM and Head of Business development, before joining the management team of Magic Software and Virgin Technologies in 1998 as GM responsible for Operations and Marketing.
Mr. Adebiyi is part of the founding team of Synercom Limited, and its associated businesses and subsidiaries and has been in the role of chief executive since inception of Synercom in 1999.
He has led and closed several sales and business initiatives for prestigious organisations in the private and public sectors. Some of these include Shell Petroleum, Chevron, Corporate Affairs Commission, the World Bank, Oyo state Government, Osun State Government, Kwara State Government, NNPC, First Bank and Union Bank, and is presently leading PPP initiatives to drive IGR and environmental safety and security across several states in Nigeria.
He has attended several executive and management seminars in Nigeria and abroad, and is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
